This past Thursday evening at the General Meeting of the Hartford BID, the following property owners or their designees were elected to a 5-year term on the organization’s Board of Commissioners:

Class A Commissioners: Six (6) largest Property Owners

Suzanne Kempf, Northland Investment Corporation
Hank Hoffman, The Hartford
Tom Luszczak, Travelers
Michael Algiere, CityPlace
Mike Marshall, Aetna
David Jakubowski, State House Square

Class B Commissioners: Four (4) of next ten (10) Property Owners

Peter Donohue, Capital Properties
Jerry Hayes, Phoenix
Mark Wolman, Waterford Group
Martin Kane, Talcott Realty Investors

Class C Commissioners: Three (3) of next seventy (70) Property Owners

Elizabeth Judd, Konover Commercial Corporation
Todd Lavigne, TJL Ventures
Bert Kaplowitz, LAZ Parking

Class D Commissioners: Two (2) of the remaining Property Owners

Christian ‘Red’ Wright, 103-105 Allyn Street LLC

Class E Commissioners: Three (3) lessees (at least one retail operation.)
